A brief explanation of the customer engagement lifecycle will be described.
Kickoff
We explain what to expect in the kickoff call. The kickoff call is a way to create an understanding between the Customer Success Team and the client's needs.
Four Training Modules
The Four Training Modules contain a lot of information starting with the main objects within AnswerHub: Content Types/Nodes. The next two training modules help Administrators and Moderators understand their roles and the tools available to them in AnswerHub. The final training module focuses on configuring specific features and breaking down the granular permissions for roles, users, groups and spaces.
Pre-Launch Meeting
The Pre-Launch meeting runs through the whole community setup. Check the established groups, users, roles, configurations and permissions to ensure a smooth launch.
Post-Launch Meeting
The Post-Launch meeting reviews the "live" operation status in the community such as new user registrations. We discuss reviewing methods to track and promote community growth, checking support links and setting the end of the first month checkpoint meeting.
