PERMISSION REQUIREDCREATE_TOPIC, EDIT_TOPIC, EDIT_SETTINGS, ADD_TOPIC_ICONS (USE_API for the services/v2 endpoints).
Once the operation is complete, the results of the import can be retrieved by calling GET /services/v2/topic/bulkImport/results.json.
If no bulkImport operation has been run, this API call will return 404 ā Not Found.
