Only one instance of BulkTopicExporter can be in progress at a time. Any subsequent requests to start one will fail.

To interrupt an export that is in process, call POST /services/v2/topic/bulkExport/interrupt.json. If the operation is in progress, then the call will return a 202 – Accepted with a message indicating that an attempt was made to interrupt the operation. If the operation is not in progress, then the call will return 409 – Conflict with a message indicating that the operation could not be canceled because it is not in progress.
