Summary
The 2.28.11 provides several minor maintenance updates. Greater work continues on updates to Advanced Analytics in an upcoming feature release.
Updates

Added optional automatic retry feature for email notifications that failed to send. This can be enabled on the outgoing email settings page, and applies to accounts with validated email addresses to avoid multiple bounces. The system will retry sending at 30 min intervals up to 10 times.

Update to the rename topic flow on the admin manage topics page to improve consistency of the modal and support of accessibility
