New & Updated Features

Microsoft Teams Integration

The Teams integration provides 2-way connection between AnswerHub and Microsoft Teams allowing AnswerHub Spaces and Topics to be mapped to Teams channels, enabling new AnswerHub content to be announced on the mapped channels and for Teams users to reply with answers and comments which flow back to AnswerHub. Teams user may also ask new questions from Teams and have those post in AnswerHub.

Content originating from Teams bears the Teams logo in AnswerHub so the community can be aware of the content flow and new filters in Advanced Analytics on the content overview reports allow Admins to track Questions, Answers and Comments that originate from Teams into their community. The Teams integration will be available for all clients in production as part of the 2.26.1 release.

Maintenance Updates

  • ANSUP-14545 Resolved issue where deleted topics were being matched as users typed in characters searching for related / available topics when creating or updating a question, article or Idea

  • Accessibility update to resolve Narrator and VoiceOver issues announcing number of characters needed for article comments

  • Updates to SAML SSO Auth plugin to address an edge case that could result in duplicate user creation

  • Updates to Leaderboard to recalculate / remove leaders if they are anonymized through GDPR
