New & Updated Feature
The 2.24.0 release provides the 2-way Slack integration as a standard plugin for all customers. (Slack Integration V2). The Slack Version 1 (one way) was reintroduced and will continue until some time in 1Q22 when it will be sunset in favor of the new V2 functionality.
Since the 2.23.0 release, this V2 integration has been further enhanced to allow threaded replies from slack to be posted back into AnswerHub as comments on ideas and articles when the Ideas and Articles are announced onto slack. Comments natively added in AnswerHub to articles and ideas will appear as threads replies in slack on the channels where they were announced. Similarly, questions that originate in AnswerHub and are announced to slack channels will include answers as threaded replies in slack, and new threaded replies in slack will be added as answers to the question in AnswerHub. Questions may be asked on slack with the /AH ASK command will post into Answerhub and threaded replies in slack will be added as Answers in AnswerHub. Additional answers posted in AnswerHub will be reflected as threaded replies in slack. Questions, answers and comments that originate from Slack are denoted with the slack icon in AnswerHub. A new source type filter is available in Advanced Analytics for content overview when questions, answers, or comments are selected so that AnswerHub or Slack may be selected as a source to return the volume of content from Slack.

ANSUP-14478 Resolved UI issue where previously deleted topics appear to be able to be used without error / notification message to the user. This was updated so that if a user has the create topic permission and tries to use the same name as a previously deleted topic, they will be presented with an advisory error message and the UI will not convert the typed name of the topic into a grey topic tag in the topics box.
