Summary

We provide the following updates in this 2.19.2 version of AnswerHub!

Changelog

2.19.2 updates include the following:

  • MSAH-1466 Corrected the issue of formatting being removed in email notifications

  • ANSUP-14111 Resolved - Unable to use "export to PDF" function for articles if target article includes line breaks

  • Updated search logic to integrate topic query changes for search into main search query

  • Updated Licensing notification messages (eliminate page view usage notifications and license count down emails sent to site owners)

  • Updated location of Spam Moderator permission. Moved this role permission from custom roles section to Moderation roles section.

  • Restored functionality of outgoing email on AnswerHub success site - clients will now be able to receive notifications of new postings and alerts when answers to their questions are posted.

  • Updated follow widget on articles page to reflect "Articles" instead of "kbentry" (Articles are often referred to as KBentry in permissions, analytics and a few other places in Answerhub. We plan to update all references to reflect Articles in the future)

  • Updated error messaging if incorrect admin credentials are entered for GDPR anonymization

  • Corrected page not found error when editing topics on articles
