2.18.0 Release Note

Summary

We have several fixes and updates in this 2.18.0 version of AnswerHub!

We have added the following new features to AnswerHub:

Added JWT support to API Authentication. New endpoints for AnswerHub basic auth (username / password) or Cookie SSO to return a JWT token which may then be used for subsequent API calls made for the user. This reduces the effort in making multiple API calls on behalf of a user to improve interaction through 3rd party systems.
Updated AnswerHub analytics dashboards and advanced analytic trend reports to improve load times by up to 20x, while improving accuracy and consistency of displayed results throughout the analytics suite.
