You can now easily identify experts, create custom web panels, and increase traffic to your community with the SEO Support plugin from your administration dashboard!

New Features
Identified Experts View
This new feature allows AnswerHub Administrators and Community Managers to take the experts identified in the system and turn them into highly engaged advocates for their products! This feature allows administrators to now see all the experts on the site and engage them directly and include them in programs.
Custom Web Panels
Custom web panels are a good way to add announcements, twitter feeds, interactive spaces, advertisements, and just about anything else to customize your AnswerHub community.
SEO Support
Search engines show the meta description in search results mostly when the searched-for phrase is contained in the description. Optimizing the meta description is a very important aspect of on-page SEO. Adding in metadata descriptions allows you to optimize the quality of traffic to your community webpage.
Slack Integration Update
- You can now include the space name in the messages templates to send to your slack channel by using the variable $6.
- You can now pair your space to the channel name by using the space name instead of the space id.
New Feature Descriptions
What you can do with the REST API
- Retrieve Earned Experts: This endpoint is used to retrieve a list of users with earned expertise.
- Retrieve Self Identified Experts: This endpoint is used to retrieve a list of users with the self-identified expertise.
- Retrieve All Active Experts: This endpoint is used to retrieve a list of all the active experts.
- Get Reputation for User: This endpoint is used to retrieve the user's reputation.

Admin Configuration Changes
- Identified Experts View
The Admin page provides a tabular view that lists the experts identified in the system along with other features such as a search bar and a menu to adjust the expert range. - Custom Web Panels
The Admin has the ability to create, edit, delete, enable and display custom web panels in specific spaces within their AnswerHub instance from their admin dashboard. - SEO Support Plugin
In this plugin, you can add metadata for spaces and sub-spaces.
UI Impact Changes
- Custom Web Panels can be space specific or sitewide.
